Every pair of children's shoes is not merely a small item worn on a baby's feet; it is a work of love and care created by our artisans. Therefore, our delivery and distribution processes also follow the same principles: transparency, care, and gentleness, ensuring that you feel at ease and happy throughout your shopping experience.
I. Order Processing Time
Handmade production cycle
Every pair of shoes is handcrafted by artisans, from fabric selection, cutting, sewing to the final refinement of details, all of which require time and effort.
Standard shoe styles usually take 5 to 7 working days to complete production.
If it is a custom-made item (such as one engraved with the baby's name or in a special color scheme), the production time may be extended to 10 to 14 working days.
Order confirmation
After you successfully place your order, we will send a confirmation email within 24 hours, including the order details and the estimated delivery time.

We will assist in making modifications before the production begins.
Ii. Delivery Method
Domestic delivery (within the United States
We cooperate with reliable logistics partners such as USPS and UPS to ensure that your packages can be delivered safely and on time.
The standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days (excluding the production cycle).
If you need a faster service, you can choose express delivery (2-3 working days), and the additional charge will be shown at checkout.
International distribution
SpiceSugarBabytoo welcomes customers from all over the world. We support international delivery and cooperate with international logistics companies such as DHL and FedEx.
The shipping time for international orders is usually 7 to 21 working days, depending on the destination and local customs clearance speed.
International orders may incur additional duties, import taxes or handling fees, which shall be borne by the recipient.
Iii. Freight Policy
Within the United States
Free standard delivery service is available for orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
International order
The shipping fee is determined by the destination, the weight of the package and the mode of transportation. The system will automatically display it at checkout.
We suggest that you check the local import policies before placing an order to avoid the inconvenience caused by additional charges.
Iv. Order Tracking
After each order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number.
You can check the real-time transportation progress of your package through the official website of the logistics company.
If you encounter any problems during the tracking process, our customer service team will be available to assist you at any time.
V. Packaging and Gift Services
Eco-friendly packaging
We use environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging materials, which not only protect the products but also care for the environment.
Each pair of shoes will be carefully placed in a custom-made cloth bag or gift box to ensure they are not damaged during transportation.
Gift service
If you purchase a gift for a friend or relative, we offer a free blessing card service. You can leave a message when placing your order. We will write it down by hand and send it along with the package.
You can also choose to upgrade it to a gift package to make this thoughtfulness even more special.
Vi. Possible delays
Although we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, there may be delays in some cases, such as:
Weather or natural disasters affect transportation;
The international customs clearance process has been extended.
The order volume is large during holiday seasons (such as Christmas and New Year).
If your order is delayed, we will notify you immediately and keep in communication with the logistics company to ensure that you are promptly informed of the latest situation.
Vii. Notes on Receiving Goods
When you receive the package, please first check if the outer packaging is intact. If severe damage is found, please take photos for record and contact us immediately.
If you fail to sign for the package within the time specified by the logistics company, resulting in its return, we can send it to you again, but the customer will have to bear the secondary shipping cost.
