It carries the dedication of artisans, the expectations of parents, and the protection of babies' growth. We hope that when you receive our products, you will feel love and care. However, we also understand that some unexpected situations may occur during the shopping process. Therefore, we have prepared a detailed and considerate return and refund policy for you to ensure that your shopping experience is both reassuring and worry-free.

I. Return Policy

Return period

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased goods, you can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the goods.

We suggest that you check the product as soon as you receive the package so that you can contact us immediately if any problems are found.

Return conditions

The goods must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and come with all original packaging and labels.

If there are signs of use, stains or human damage on the goods, we will not be able to accept return applications.

For safety and hygiene reasons, custom-made shoes or personalized gifts (such as shoes engraved with a baby's name) are generally not accepted for return, unless there are quality issues or shipping errors.

Please provide the order number, the reason for the return and photos (if there are quality issues).

The customer service will reply within 1-2 working days and provide you with the return address and operation guidance.

Please send the package within 7 days after confirming the return application. Overdue returns may affect your eligibility for returns.

Return shipping fee

If the return is due to quality issues with the goods or any errors in our shipment, the shipping cost will be borne by us.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as the style, color or size not meeting personal expectations), the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

Ii. Refund Policy

Refund processing time

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 working days.

The refund will be returned to your payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.) along the original payment route. The specific arrival time may vary depending on the bank or payment institution.

Non-refundable items

Logistics freight (unless the return is due to product quality or shipping errors).

The used coupons or discount amounts are non-refundable, but you can still enjoy our special events or offers on your next purchase.

Refund Notice

Once the refund processing is completed, we will notify you by email.

If you have not received the refund within 10 working days, please contact your payment bank or payment platform first. If the issue still cannot be resolved, please contact us again.

Iii. Special Notes

Gift order

If the shoes you purchased are sent directly as gifts to others, we can still assist in handling the return or refund matters. Please provide the corresponding order number and purchase voucher. We will do our best to solve it for you.

Description of Product differences

Due to the particularity of handcrafted shoes, each pair of children's shoes is unique. There may be slight differences in color, stitches or details from the picture, but this is precisely the charm of handcrafted items, not a quality issue.
